REFLECTIVE ANALYSIS OF THE COLLEGE'S STATUS ON THIS CATEGORY OVERALL:

 OPPORTUNITY

Rationale:

The learning environment at Northwest Technical College is characterized by the personal attention and camaraderie with fellow learners and faculty and staff that are possible at College our size.  Through informal methods of conversation and consultation, we gain feedback from learners and other constituencies of the College regarding the quality of their experience.   In addition, we utilize more formal methods of gathering feedback.  Our primary instrument for assessing learner satisfaction is the Noel Levitz Student Satisfaction Inventory.  This survey provides us with information on a variety of aspects of the learning experience and environment, helping us to know what we need to improve.   We are dedicated to meeting the needs of our constituents.
